Since the launch of ChatGPT, companies and experts have been boasting that they will now be more productive and need fewer people. Now, following an international survey of CEOs from various companies in different industries, the truth has come to light. The majority say that the promised productivity gains have not materialized.

There are also fewer benefits than initially hoped for (who would have thought?).
